Ernie's experience spans over 30 years in all aspects of real estate. He presently serves on the Board of Directors for Saint Michael's College, Shelburne Farms, Federal Reserve Bank New England Advisory Board, Greater Burlington Industrial Corporation, Cynosure, Vermont Visiting Nurses Association, is the Government Affairs Director of Vermont (ICSC Board for Eastern Division), Chaired the Governor's Panel on Climate Change, is the Honorary Consul of France to Vermont, and is engaged in multiple other community functions.

He has been an active member of the business community for the last 21 years, and is currently on the board of Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce, Burlington planning Commission, South End Arts & Business Association, Women’s Rape Crisis Center and the Chittenden Commercial Real Estate Association. Tracey first became licensed in real estate in 1985 while working for a Boston firm specializing in real estate law. She subsequently earned licenses in Rhode Island and Vermont. She has been involved in real estate in a number of capacities since locating here in 1993; among them, brokerage, marketing, permitting, and job supervision and administration of federally-funded projects for the City of Burlington. After stints in Pomerleau’s brokerage and property management divisions, in 2010 Tracey turned her focus to the many facets of its marketing, and also acts as Coordinator for Pomerleau’s many exciting development projects.

Gabrielle Meunier graduated top of her class from Trinity College with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and has held several positions in Accounting, including CFO for a group of Doctors and Controller within the real estate development fields.  With experience in both commercial and residential real estate, Gabrielle brings a wealth of organizational and systems expertise to Pomerleau. She plays a key role in the growth and management of our company.

Chris has been putting his all into Pomerleau since 1989! Currently, he oversees the daily maintenance for all the Pomerleau managed properties including the landscaping, parking lot upkeep, building repairs and more. He does so with a great spirit, laid back style and excellent attention to detail. He is as good of a man in his community as he is at work, serving as a volunteer firefighter for the last 25 years, three of which he has been honored as Firefighter of the Year in Richmond. His guidance, experience and quality crew are just some of the reasons why our Property Management division is considered to be the best in Vermont!
