Ernie's experience spans over 30 years in all aspects of real estate. As a licensed real estate broker, and member of ICSC, he leads the Commercial Development, Investment Brokerage, and Property Management Divisions. He presently serves on the Board of Directors for Saint Michael's College, Chittenden Bank Corporation, Greater Burlington Industrial Corporation, Vermont Community Foundation, Vermont Visiting Nurses Association and is engaged in multiple other community functions. Ernie also serves as the Government Affairs director of Vermont.

Yves joined Pomerleau commercial brokerage department in early 2004. His brokerage services include Office, Industrial, Retail (ICSC Member), Investment Property and the Hospitality Industry. He is well-versed in the ownership and acquisition of investment property, as well as in the field of consulting to the retail industry, due to his background as a business owner and franchisee. He has been an active member of the business community for the last seventeen years, including membership on several boards and commissions, such as the Burlington Business Association, Burlington Police Commission, Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce Regional Affairs and Government Affairs Committees, ECHO Advisory Committee and the Governor's Council on Domestic Violence. Yves takes great pleasure in his personal interaction with clients and strongly believes in the value of a lasting business relationship.

Before moving to Vermont, Katherine worked in commercial leasing and sales in the real estate division with Hannaford Bros. Co., in Portland, Maine. Katherine now combines marketing and coordinating development projects as part of the Pomerleau team.

Chris has been putting his all into Pomerleau since 1989! Currently, he oversees the daily maintenance for all the Pomerleau managed properties including the landscaping, parking lot upkeep, building repairs and more. He does so with a great spirit, laid back style and excellent attention to detail. He is as good of a man in his community as he is at work, serving as a volunteer firefighter for the last 21 years, three of which he has been honored as Firefighter of the Year in Richmond. His guidance, experience and quality crew are just some of the reasons why our Property Management division is considered to be the best in Vermont!

Since moving here from Boston, Tracey has been involved in housing in Burlington and commercial real estate state-wide. A licensed salesperson for 17 years, she worked with the firm, David G. White & Associates, Realty Advisors for 9 years, and was part of Pomerleau’s own brokerage team from 1993-98. Tracey ran housing programs for the City of Burlington’s Community & Economic Development Office for 3 years. Tracey is now leading our Third Party Management program for the Property Management Division. Her excellent communication and organizational skills, coupled with an amazing sense of humor and “can do” attitude make her the perfect person for the job! We are mutually thrilled to have her back in the beautiful Follett House once again with her old friends.
