Ron and Jeremy Elliot DBA Smugglers Notch Distillery purchased an 8,400-sf building at 5087 VT Route 15, Jeffersonville, VT from Little Gray Rabbit, LLC. Brad Worthen, Pomerleau Real Estate and Lewis K Sussman Esq, SHEEHEY FURLONG & BEHM P.C represented the seller. Eugene (Chip) Ward ,Esq, Ward Law, PC represented the buyers. Financing was facilitated by Therese Johansson, Union Bank and Heidi Van Gulden, Vermont Economic Development Authority. The property will become the new distillery, showroom and offices for the award-winning Smugglers Notch Distillery's full line of distinguished spirits. Yves Bradley of PRE was the selling agent for the Mountain Marketplace Shopping Center, located in Londonderry, Vermont. A 60,000 SF retail center on 11.7 acres.
Yves Bradley and Brad Worthen of PRE were the listing and selling agents for the 7,343 SF building located at 99 Allen Brook Lane, Williston. The Seller was the VNA Respite House and the Buyer was Cathedral Square Corporation. This will be the first affordable memory care facility in Vermont.
