Essex Health Place
Essex Health Place recently sold a 2,440 SF medical office condominium, located at One Town Marketplace in Essex. Yves Bradley and Charlie Poulin of Pomerleau Real Estate of Pomerleau Real Estate represented the seller.
Bullrock Corporation & Burlington Community Land Trust
John J. Rao, III and Steve Donahue of Pomerleau Real Estate represented Bullrock Corporation in the sale of 14 condominium units, in partnership with Burlington Community Land Trust. Maple Tree Place
John J. Rao, III, and Yves Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate were the listing agents in 1,488 SF retail space at Maple Tree Place. Yankee Candle occupies this second store in the Chittenden County area.
388 College Street
Yves Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate represented the sellers of a residential condo at 388 College Street.
New England Counseling & Trauma Center
Charlie Poulin and Yves Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate represented New England Counseling and Trauma Center in their leasing of 2900 square feet of office space at 52 Wentworth Drive in Williston. The practice will be further expanding to 5800 square feet in July 2006. Michael Simoneau of Hickok & Boardman Commercial Realty represented the landlord, Lance Lewellyn, in the transaction.

John J. Rao, III and Yves Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate were the listing and leasing agents for 1,800 SF at 5 Andrew Avenue, Essex. Temperature Control of VT is the new tenant, a business specializing in HVAC control systems and regulators.
