 Yves Bradley of Pomerleau Real Estate and Brad Worthen of R.E.M. Development were the leasing agents for 17,500 SF at 260 Avenue D at Whitcomb Business Park in Williston. The new tenant is The Pet Lodge, providing veterinary services, training, and boarding for animals.


131 Church Street - Welch for Congress
 Welch for Congress leased office space at 131 Church Street. Meg McGovern of Pomerleau Real Estate assisted the landlord in this transaction.


21 Gregory Drive - Poulin Performance
Yves Bradley and Steve Donahue of Pomerleau Real Estate were the leasing brokers and Barbara Suprenant of ICV was the listing broker for 4,550 SF at 21 Gregory Drive in South Burlington. Poulin Performance, Vermont’s only Certified Postural Restoration Center, has opened a State of the Art Rehabilitation Center including aquatic therapy with their Swim Ex pool.


Shelburne Bay Plaza - Copy Ship Fax Plus
 Steve Donahue and Charlie Poulin of Pomerleau Real Estate were the leasing brokers for 890 SF at Shelburne Bay Plaza in Shelburne. This is the third location for Copy Ship Fax Plus in Chittenden County.
